Keaton J. Mullen
Founder & CEO
Keaton has led Sorcery since its inception with expertise in client relationship management, business strategy, and strategic development. As Founder and CEO, Keaton's contributions focus on fostering client growth and creative strategy. An alumnus of Tulane University, his academic foundation supports expertise in collaborative problem-solving and brand development. Keaton drives growth through account management, negotiation, and hands-on project leadership, dedicated to enabling impactful results alongside a dynamic team. He serves as the primary client contact and strategic director across all engagements.

Katie Carrillo
CMO & Head of Marketing
Katie leads the strategic vision for marketing initiatives at Sorcery, leveraging data-driven decision making to enhance brand storytelling and help clients differentiate in competitive markets. Katie has 18 years of full-service agency experience across market planning, strategic creative, project management, and operations. She has led multi-platform campaign initiatives for behavior change, national and regional launches, including CalMHSA's Up 2 Us mental health campaign, PaintCare, Los Angeles Zoo, Riverside County's suicide prevention efforts, California Earthquake Authority, and San Jose Airport. Her expertise lies in strategic marketing communications, market research, audience connection, and aligning campaigns with client growth objectives and brand architecture.

Nick Datta
Creative Director & Head of Design
With a multi-disciplinary and fearless approach, Nick breathes new life into brands through meticulous attention to detail and the highest level of creative execution. This mindset has enabled him to work effortlessly across disciplines, building an eclectic body of work for some of the world's greatest companies, including Nike, Mercedes, and leading tech unicorns. He has 15+ years transforming global brands through strategic design thinking. Nick bridges visual storytelling with business strategy, specializing in brand systems, digital products, and immersive environments. He works seamlessly with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution across every touchpoint.
